Certified Organic. This lot is a 2009/10 crop and was vacuum-packed at origin.
Another wonderful Micro Lot coffee from the San Ignacio Cooperative. This is our second purchase, part of our multi-year contract with the Cooperative to buy their complete production by individual farmer. This particular micro lot was pulled aside because of its refreshing flavor and high score.
This lot received a cupping score of 85 points by our Head Cupper, as follows.
