Calle de Copey is located in Santa María de Dota at 4,900 feet above sea level. It grows Arabica coffee beans (SHB). It harvests 100% ripe fruit, which is then sun dried. We bought this lot after intensive bidding. We were impressed by its well balanced taste and lingering, creamy aftertaste.

After three successive rounds of blind cuppings the International Jury gave it a cupping score of 89.12.

International Jury comments include: Aroma/flavor: fruity, complex, sweet, peach, honey, berry, melon, bourbon, vanilla, rose, roasted nuts, cherry. Aacidity: bright, crisp, citric, pineapple, apple, peach. Other notes: very sweet, creamy, well-balanced.
