2008/2009 crop. Vacuum-packed at origin.
Organic and Fair Trade® certified.
We were very impressed with the crispiness and complexity of this coffee lot. We like to roast it medium dark (just before second crack) to highlight its chocolaty sweetness, fruity aroma and lingering aftertaste of raisins. This lot obtained first place on the 2008 Bolivia COE National Winners Competition. missing by a mere three/hundreds of a point being included as a Cup of Excellence coffee. We bought the whole lot at the auction besting several other international bidders.
