The Bolivia 2007 Cup of ExcellenceŽ coffees are here!
We have the Number One winner: "Flor de Cafe de San Igancio" grown by Mario Mamani and Raymundo Yanarico, with a cupping score of 91.50 by the International Jury. This awesome coffee (no idle hyperbole here) is Bolivia's internationally-recognized very best and we vacuum-packed it right after it was hulled (pergamino removed) at our processing plant in La Paz, Bolivia at the very peak of its quality to remain intact for years to come. We have it available in all sizes.
We also received 16 other wonderful micro-lots. Most of them are COE National Winners. All fully traceable and all with complete stories about the farm, farmer, terroir, etc. All these Special Lots have also been vacuum-packed right after hulling to preserve their unique flavors. This is going to be a great year for Bolivia coffee lovers!
