So, you are a commercial coffee roaster and you may have heard
about coffee from Bolivia, the current "Hidden Valley" coffee producer that
has
burst onto the scene with some award-wining coffees, and yet the quality is
often unknown and unpredictable. Where can you find a reliable coffee
supplier that will consistently meet your expectations of quality, quantity and
price? Your search is over. You have found us.
Our objective is to become your partner, your trusted Bolivian
coffee supply chain manager. We are uniquely qualified for the task because we
are the only importer with warehouses and employee-staffed offices both in
Bolivia (La Paz) and the United States (Boston area). Since we are
vertically integrated, we control and assure quality every step along the long
path of the coffee bean from the farmer to the roaster.
We welcome new wholesale
accounts. We ship every business day to large and small roasters throughout the
USA (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada. It is very easy and economical to set up a
wholesale account with us. For our standard wholesale prices all you need to do
is order by clicking the "Continue" button below. For large quantities (more than
1,000 lbs per month), all we need is an order from you including the estimated monthly purchase (in pounds). You can mail,
email or fax your information to 978-363-1225 and we will calculate your
appropriate wholesale discount rate and get back to you within 24 hours. Our
reply will include your discount code that you can use when ordering online.
Our standard wholesale
shipment bag size is a 66 lb burlap bag (or two 33-lbs vacuum-packed foil bags for our Cumbre
(AAA), Cumbre
Supremo (A4) and Special Lots (A5) grades) in order to take advantage of the much
less expensive shipping costs at
those weight levels when using courier companies (FedEx & UPS). By shipping in 66 lb bags we will save you
significant amounts in shipping costs, especially if you purchase quantities
under pallet (skid) sizes, 300-400 lbs. Pallet shipments are done by freight truck
(LTL, less than truckload). We have negotiated discounts up to 75% with
several national trucking companies so that we can also provide you with very
competitive LTL rates. All 66 lb (and double
33 lb) bags will be boxed individually for protection and to avoid leakage. Our
preferred courier is FedEx Ground, but we will be happy to use your (or our own) UPS account,
if you prefer. However, UPS is more expensive. If you want us to use your courier account, there is $5
charge per box. If you purchase our green coffee in pallets we will ship
the green coffee unboxed, but plastic-wrapped, via commercial truck freight.
Our most common wholesale payment form is
via bank transfer (Wire or ACH), company check, Paypal or credit or debit card (we
accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover). After we have had a few transactions and we have
build a history we will be happy to consider terms for you. If you are a D&B-rated
business, we will be happy to consider
credit terms for you upon request. However, your first
order will need to be prepaid via credit card, wire transfer of cleared check.
Our wholesale program is characterized for its flexibility--for you, the
customer! We aim to please and are very accommodating.
